fills today’s youth with hope.
“Moi j’décroche pas!” is a show written for audiences between 8 and 18 years old attending the 2nd or 3rd cycle at grammar school and all levels of high school. Since it presents a high quality artistic product, the mise-en-scène is dynamic and credible. Both the problems affecting youths and their potential solutions are highlighted. It is, therefore, an imaginative, non-sanctimonious, amusing show. "Moi, j'décroche pas!" is a 120-minute show consisting of 7 scenes and 7 songs dealing with the following subjects: #1 Dropping out of school, #2 Suicide among youngsters, #3 Parent/teenager relationship, 4# The need to fit in, 5# Shattered dreams, 6# AIDS and other STDs, #7 Friendship and the influence of one’s group of friends, #8 Drugs.

Each of the performances is followed by a group discussion giving the audience a chance to voice their opinion. Together they will show Quebec’s youth that it is important to get ready for the future while having fun and feeling good about themselves. Visit

EMPREINTE GALACTIQUE

L’Empreinte Galactique walks on stage and plays their songs back-to-back, leaving the audience breathless. Lead by their harmonicist, who is a permanent member of the band, the ensemble alternates between original compositions and reprises, among which Santeria, from Sublime, sung by Daniel Lemay, provides one of the highlights of the evening, judging by the crowd’s unbridled enthusiasm.

The six men from Shawinigan prioritize improvisation during their show because of the spontaneity it brings out. Actually, it enables them to see the reaction of the audience. The group members are Michel Lemay, Daniel Lemay, Rami Renno, Sylvain Lamothe, Pat Dubois et Carl Vaudrin.
